Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The item was damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Custom-cut materials

  • Fabricated products

  • Special order materials

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
