- What types of acrylic sheets do you carry?
- We stock cast clear acrylic, white acrylic, black acrylic, colored acrylic (40+ colors), pastel acrylic, P95 frosted acrylic, extruded acrylic, mirror acrylic, and LED diffused white and clear sheets - all in multiple thicknesses from 1mm to 25mm.
- What is the difference between cast and extruded acrylic?
- Cast acrylic is manufactured by pouring liquid acrylic into molds, producing superior optical clarity, better scratch resistance, and higher chemical resistance. Extruded acrylic is pulled through a die and is more economical. We recommend cast acrylic for laser cutting, engraving, and premium applications.
- Can acrylic sheets be cut to a custom size?
- Yes. We offer custom cut-to-size services with CNC precision to ±0.5mm. Custom work is typically ready within 1 business day. Contact us with your dimensions for a quote.
- What sizes and thicknesses are available?
- Standard sheet sizes include 24×48", 36×48", and 48×96" (4×8 ft). Thicknesses range from 1mm to 25mm. Custom sizes are available on request.
- How do I clean acrylic sheets?
- Use mild soap and water with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, Windex (ammonia-based), or rough materials that can scratch the surface. For stubborn marks, use a plastic-specific cleaner.
- Can acrylic sheets be used outdoors in Canada?
- Yes. UV-stabilized acrylic sheets resist yellowing from sun exposure and perform well in Canadian weather. Always specify UV-resistant sheets for outdoor applications.
- What PVC sheets do you carry?
- We supply white PVC sheets and black PVC sheets in 8 thicknesses from 1.5mm to 18mm, in standard 4×8 ft sheets.
- What is ACM (aluminum composite panel)?
- ACM panels consist of two aluminum sheets bonded to a lightweight core. We carry ACM in 8 colors: White, Black, Brushed Silver, Gold, Red, Dark Gray, Champagne, and Blue. Ideal for exterior cladding, signage, and wall panels.
- Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

- What are your pickup hours?
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:00 pm, excluding major holidays. We are located at Unit 29, 601 Magnetic Drive, North York, ON M3J 3J2.
- Do you offer local delivery?
- Yes. We deliver with our own fleet to addresses within 30 km of our North York warehouse (covering most of Toronto and immediately surrounding areas) at a flat rate of $29.90 + HST. Large orders are secured to pallets. Residential customers should meet our driver curbside.
- Do you ship across Canada?
- Online checkout supports delivery across Ontario up to approximately 300 km from our warehouse. For destinations outside that range or in other provinces, contact us for a freight quote. We do not offer international shipping.
- How long does shipping take?
- Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days. Custom fabrication orders are ready within 1 business day. Rush orders are available - call +1 (416) 857-7555 for immediate assistance.
- What is your return policy?
- Once materials are delivered and accepted, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with any concerns.
- What is the brand of your acrylic sheets?
- We are the official exclusive distributor in Canada for HHC (Hsin Hwa Chemical Co., Ltd.) acrylic sheets - a Taiwanese manufacturer with a legacy dating back to 1973. We also carry other premium acrylic brands.
- Do you provide technical data sheets?
- Yes. TDS (Technical Data Sheets) and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) are available for all our products, including fire ratings and food-safe certifications where applicable. Contact us to request documentation.
- Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
- Yes. Material samples and prototypes are available before bulk production. Contact us to arrange samples of your required material, color, and thickness.
- What are flexible magnetic sheets?
- Flexible magnetic sheets are thin, pliable magnetic materials made from ferrite powder mixed with a rubber binder. Used for signage, refrigerator magnets, promotional items, and crafts. We carry rolls in various widths.
