Glossy edges, no polishing
Acrylic edges come off the laser smooth and glossy. Flame polishing is offered on saw and CNC cuts, priced per linear foot.

- Pick material & shape. Acrylic in every stocked colour and thickness; 12 parametric shape templates or your own file.
- Dimension it. Inches (fractions welcome — 3/16) or millimetres, with a live dimensioned shop drawing.

Laser cutting FAQ
What materials can you laser cut?
We laser-cut cast and extruded acrylic from 2 mm to 12 mm, including clear, white, black, colored, pastel, mirror and LED-diffusing grades. PVC is never laser-cut (it releases toxic chlorine gas) — we CNC-route it instead, and the configurator prices that automatically.
How is laser cutting priced?
Pricing is computed from your actual geometry: cutting time (path length at the material's cut speed), engraving time, plus your share of the sheet — our nesting engine works out how many pieces fit a 4×8 sheet, so you only pay for the material you use. Volume discounts start at 10 pieces.
Can I upload my own file?
Yes — SVG, DXF and PDF files import as cut paths at real-world size, and PNG/JPG artwork can be engraved. The configurator checks your file fits the sheet and quotes it instantly.
What edge finish does laser-cut acrylic have?
Laser-cut acrylic edges come off the machine smooth and glossy, so no extra polishing is needed. If you choose saw cutting or CNC routing instead, you can add flame polishing in the configurator, priced per linear foot of edge.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard jobs ship in 2–4 business days. A rush option is available at checkout for time-critical work.
