Configure your part

90 second demo

See a part go from idea to order

This is the whole flow, uncut: picking a material, sizing the part, comparing cutting methods, adding holes and engraving, checking the 3D preview and placing the order. What you see is exactly what the configurator above does.

Why it is different

Custom cut plastic sheets, priced while you design

Most custom cutting starts with an email and ends with a quote days later. Our cut to size configurator removes the wait: you design your acrylic, PVC, polycarbonate or ACM part right on this page, watch the price react to every change, and order it online in minutes. Sign makers, fabricators, product builders and interior designers across Canada use it to get precision parts without the back and forth.

Live pricing as you design

Every change you make updates the price instantly. Saw, laser and CNC are quoted side by side so you always see the best value for your part.

12 shape templates or your own file

Rectangles, circles, rings, frames, triangles, polygons and more. You can also upload SVG, DXF or PDF cut paths and they import at real world size.

Holes, cutouts and corners

Place round holes with countersink options, rectangle, slot and circle cutouts, and rounded or chamfered corners, all with exact positions in inches or millimetres.

Engraving for text and logos

Laser engrave text in 16 fonts or upload a PNG or JPG logo. Position and size everything visually before you order.

Full 3D preview

Switch from the dimensioned shop drawing to a 3D view and inspect your part from every angle at its real thickness.

Volume discounts built in

Ordering more pieces costs less per piece. Discounts start at 10 pieces and the configurator shows you the next savings tier as you go.

Free production files

Every order includes true scale DXF and SVG files of exactly what we cut, plus a PNG preview. Keep them for your records or open them in any CAD software.

Server verified pricing

Before checkout we rebuild your part and recheck the price on our server, so the number you see is exactly what you pay.

How it works

How to order a custom cut part in five steps

  1. Pick your material

Choose from cast and extruded acrylic in clear, colours, mirror and pastels, PVC, polycarbonate or ACM composite panels, then select the colour and thickness you need.

  2. Set your shape and size

Pick a template or upload your file, then type your dimensions in inches or millimetres. Fractions like 3/16 work too. The technical drawing updates live.

  3. Compare cutting methods

The configurator prices saw cutting, laser cutting and CNC routing at the same time and preselects the best option for your geometry and material.

  4. Add operations and finishing

Drop in holes, cutouts, rounded corners, engraved text or a logo. Acrylic parts cut by saw or CNC can add flame polished edges. Laser cut acrylic comes out glossy on its own.

  5. Review and order

A full review shows your part weight, cut path, machine time and every operation itemized, along with your DXF, SVG and PNG files. Add to cart and check out online.

Changed your mind halfway through? Nothing is locked in until you check out, and your design is saved in your browser so you can come back to it later.

Good to know

Cut to size questions, answered

What materials can I order cut to size?

We cut cast and extruded acrylic in clear, black, white, coloured, pastel and mirror grades, PVC in black and white, clear polycarbonate and ACM aluminum composite panels. Everything is cut from premium 4 by 8 foot stock sheets held in our North York warehouse.

How is the price calculated?

The price is computed from your actual geometry: cutting time along your part outline, engraving time if any, plus your share of the sheet. Our nesting engine works out how many of your pieces fit on a sheet, so you only pay for the material you use. Setup is a small flat fee and volume discounts start at 10 pieces.

Can I upload my own design file?

Yes. SVG, DXF and PDF files import as cut paths at their real world size, and the configurator checks that your design fits the sheet before quoting it. PNG and JPG artwork can be added as engraving.

What edge finish will my acrylic have?

Laser cut acrylic edges come off the machine smooth and glossy, with no extra work needed. If your part is saw cut or CNC routed, you can add flame polishing in the configurator for glass clear edges, priced per linear foot.

Why is PVC never laser cut?

Cutting PVC with a laser releases chlorine gas, which is unsafe and damages equipment. Our configurator automatically routes PVC parts to CNC cutting instead, so you get clean results without any safety compromise.

What sizes can I order?

Parts start at 1 inch and go up to a full 48 by 96 inch sheet. You can enter dimensions in inches, fractions or millimetres and the drawing updates as you type.

How fast will I get my order?

Standard orders ship in 2 to 4 business days, and a rush option is available at checkout. You can also pick up for free at our North York warehouse, or we ship across Canada.
