ACM panels in Toronto
ACM is the material we get asked about more than any other, and the one we hold in the most finishes. Eight face and back combinations in 3mm on 4x8 ft sheets, from $57.44, routed to your sizes rather than handed over as a full sheet for someone to cut on a tailgate.
It goes into fascia panels, monument and pylon faces, sign cabinets, soffits and rainscreen cladding. Our CNC router will also cut the V-groove for a folded return, which is the part most shops would rather not do by hand.

Buying plastic sheet in Toronto, and why the address matters
Our stock, the saw, the CNC router and the laser all sit at Unit 29 on Magnetic Drive. That sounds like a detail until you need a part cut. Nothing has to arrive from a second warehouse before the job can start, which is most of the reason our cut work runs in days rather than weeks.
You can come and look at a brushed silver ACM face before you commit a job to it, collect the same afternoon, and get a straight answer on whether a gauge will span what you need it to. Trade pricing
No minimum on stock sheet. Volume pricing on cut work starts at 50 pieces of the same part at 10 percent, 500 at 15 percent and 1,000 at 20 percent. Repeat buyers do better on a standing quote.
Cut in the same building
Saw, CNC router and laser on site. The saw holds a 4mm kerf and plus or minus 1.5mm, the laser cuts to a 1mm kerf and leaves a flame polished edge.
GTA delivery
Flat $29.90 within 30 km on our own fleet. Distance based beyond that to 200 km. Free warehouse pickup always. Outside Ontario we quote freight rather than pricing it at checkout.
Common questions from Toronto buyers
Where can I buy acrylic sheets in Toronto?
At our counter in North York. We hold cast and extruded acrylic in clear, white, black, coloured, pastel, mirror and frosted P95 at Unit 29, 601 Magnetic Drive. Stock orders are ready to collect in one to two business days and we email you when yours is, and pickup costs nothing whatever the order size. Buy it as full sheets or have it cut to your sizes first. If you would rather not drive, we run it out ourselves anywhere within 30 km.
Do you supply ACM panels in Toronto?
Yes. Eight face and back combinations in 3mm on 4x8 ft, from $57.44 a sheet, including white matte, black matte, brushed silver and metallic silver. It goes out to sign shops, fascia and cladding contractors and print houses all over the city, usually already routed to size on the CNC. If you are matching an existing building, come and hold the sample against a photo before you order.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale pricing in Toronto?
There is no minimum on stock sheet, so a single sheet is fine. Volume pricing on cut work starts at 50 pieces of the same part at 10 percent, 500 pieces at 15 percent and 1,000 at 20 percent. For repeat trade buyers we would rather agree a standing quote on the gauges and colours you use than requote every order.
Do you deliver plastic sheets across the GTA?
Within 30 km of the North York warehouse we deliver on our own fleet at a flat $29.90, which covers most of Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Vaughan, Markham and Mississauga. Beyond that and up to 200 km the fee is distance based. Warehouse pickup is always free, and orders outside Ontario are quoted on third party freight rather than priced at checkout.
How fast can I get sheet cut to size in Toronto?
Stock sheet is ready to ship or collect in one to two business days. Cut work runs two to four business days, or one business day if you tick rush at checkout for half again the cut price. Because the saw, the CNC router and the laser are all in the same building as the stock, nothing waits on a sheet arriving from somewhere else first.
Can I visit the warehouse before ordering?
Yes, and for a first trade order we would encourage it. Come to Unit 29, 601 Magnetic Drive in North York between 9:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, look at the actual finishes, and take samples away. Colour codes photograph badly and a brushed silver ACM face is a different thing in the hand than on a screen.
