Delivery Coverage

FIDAR System delivers within Ontario only, up to approximately 200 km driving distance from our warehouse at 601 Magnetic Drive, Unit 29, North York, ON. This covers the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Niagara, Barrie, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, and Eastern Ontario as far as Belleville.

Destinations beyond 200 km, or in any province other than Ontario, are not available through our online checkout. Please contact us to discuss freight arrangements for those locations.

Delivery Pricing

Fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the driving distance from our warehouse to the postal code you enter.

Within 30 km - $29.90 flat rate

Addresses within 30 km of our North York warehouse are served by our own delivery fleet at a flat rate of $29.90 + HST. This zone covers most of Toronto (all M postal codes), the immediately surrounding municipalities, and portions of Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and Richmond Hill that fall within the radius.

The 30 km boundary is measured as driving distance from our warehouse - it is not based on city or regional boundaries. Your exact fee is confirmed when you enter your postal code at checkout.

30 km to 200 km - Distance-based rate

For Ontario addresses beyond 30 km, the delivery fee is calculated as:

$30.00 base charge + $2.50 for every km past the first 30

The base charge covers the whole trip, and the per-km rate applies only to the distance beyond the 30 km local zone - so a 50 km address is charged for 20 km, not 50.

Distance is the driving distance from our warehouse to the centre of your postal code area, so it varies with the specific postal code within a city. Example fees:

Barrie (~78 km) - approximately $150.00
Hamilton (~80 km) - approximately $155.00
Kitchener-Waterloo (~103 km) - approximately $212.50
London (~195 km) - approximately $442.50

The exact fee is displayed at checkout before you proceed to payment. All delivery fees are subject to HST (13%).

Beyond 200 km or outside Ontario

Destinations beyond 200 km or outside Ontario are not available through online checkout. Contact us for a freight quote - we can arrange third-party carrier shipping to most locations across Canada.

Free Delivery on Orders Over $700

Orders with a subtotal of $700 or more qualify for free delivery. The subtotal is your merchandise total after any discounts, measured before HST and before the delivery fee - the delivery line simply drops to $0.00 at checkout when you qualify.

Free delivery applies only to addresses within 30 km of our North York warehouse - the same zone covered by the $29.90 flat rate above. Orders going beyond 30 km pay the full distance-based fee no matter how large the order is, because those runs go out on freight rather than our own fleet.

The perk applies to delivery orders only. Warehouse pickup is free at any order size.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order number and valid ID. For heavy or oversized orders, ensure you have appropriate transportation.

Order Processing Times

In-stock orders: Ready to ship or pick up within 1–2 business days
Custom cut-to-size orders: Ready within 1 business day after order confirmation
Rush orders: Available - call (416) 857-7555 before placing your order to confirm availability

Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Within 30 km (own fleet): Typically next business day after your order is processed
30–200 km (Ontario freight): 2–5 business days depending on destination and carrier schedule

All timelines are estimates. FIDAR System is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Packaging

All plastic sheets are shipped with protective masking intact, corner guards, and foam or cardboard interleaving to prevent surface damage in transit. Large or heavy orders are palletized. Please retain original packaging until your order has been fully inspected.

Receiving Your Order

Inspect all materials at the time of delivery. If packaging appears visibly damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing and photograph the damage. Report any issues within 48 hours at info@fidarsystem.com or (416) 857-7555. See our Returns Policy for next steps.
