Bencore Mirror panels

Hexaben and Lightben Kaos 3D cores under a mirror acrylic skin, in bronze, grey, gold and silver.

Mirror skinned honeycomb panelMade in Carrara, ItalyQuote only

The Mirror series takes two of Bencore's cores and gives them a mirrored acrylic skin. On Hexaben the hexagons show through the mirror as a faceted, jewelled surface. On Lightben Kaos 3D the random cylinders break the reflection into bubbles. Both come in bronze, grey, gold and silver, and the Kaos version is also made on the black and white cores.

It is a panel for the places where a flat mirror would be too plain and a back painted glass too heavy: hotel bars, boutique walls, feature columns and the fronts of counters that are meant to be noticed.

Questions

Mirror questions

Is the Mirror panel reflective like glass?

The skin is mirror acrylic, so you get a true reflection, but the core beneath it breaks the image into hexagons or bubbles. That is the effect: a mirror that is also a texture. For an undisturbed reflection use plain mirror acrylic.

Which cores does the Mirror skin come on?

Hexaben Small and Large, and Lightben Kaos 3D in its clear, black and white core versions. All at 21 mm total thickness.
